The Access Network is designed to help families get to the services they need. We offer confidential access to services delivered by professional Intake Workers.
People calling the Access Network for information and/or a referral speak to an Intake Worker. If no Intake Worker is available, you will be asked to leave your name and phone number and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
When you speak with an Intake Worker, they will:
- Discuss confidentiality and privacy policies;
- Get your verbal consent to proceed with the intake; and
- Gather the relevant information needed to determine which service(s) are appropriate.
- Connect you with a service provider or refer you to the services that you need.
